* WHERE...Portions of southeast and southern California, including the following areas, in southeast California, Chuckwalla Mountains, Chuckwalla Valley, Imperial County Southwest, Imperial County West, Imperial Valley and Salton Sea. In southern California, Chiriaco Summit, Joshua Tree NP East and Joshua Tree NP West.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
