INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (
IMPD) Missing Persons detectives are seeking the public's help locating 30-year-old David Powell. David is described as 5’9", 164 pounds, with blonde hair, and hazel eyes. He was last seen Monday, August 21, 2023, in the 7800 block of Skycrest Trail. He is believed to be in need of medical attention.
