Petersburg woman arrested for trespassing. 
On August 22, 2023, at 3:07 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a complaint of a person trespassing at a residence in Oakland City. Upon arriving at the residence in the 400 block of West Columbia Street Deputy Wyatt Hunt observed 41 year old Crystal Young on the property. After a brief investigation it was confirmed that Ms. Young had been trespassed from the residence on a prior occasion and she was taken into custody. Upon being transported to the Jail Ms. Young was charged with Trespassing and Possession of Paraphernalia. She remains in custody on a $650 bond.
Assisting Deputy Hunt in his investigation was Deputy Bart Wagner.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
