An election will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, for Ward 3 registered voters to determine if Councilmember Jessie Lopez shall be recalled (removed) from office. This election date was set by the Santa Ana City Council, pursuant to the California Elections Code, following the certification of sufficiency of the recall petition. Additional information will be added to the website upon receipt from the Orange County Registrar of Voters, such as Vote Center locations and hours, deadline to register to vote, and dates voters can expect to receive a Voter Information Guide and Vote-by-Mail ballot.
