Plan Alternate Route in the area of Fourth Avenue and Walnut Street due to Tree work beinf done at the intersection. Fourth Avenue at Maple Street, Walnut Street at Third Avenue and Brookside at Cedar Street. will be blocked off to traffic. Officer on scene will be there to assist local traffic.
