1. Person Stabbed (1807) 500 Block of North Monroe Street, Civic District
The female victim, 22, was stabbed during an argument with the suspect. A second victim attempted to disarm the suspect and was also injured. The female victim was transported to an area for treatment for her non-life-threatening stab wound, and the second victim declined medical attention. Officers located the suspect and arrested him without incident. ARRESTED: Sanchez York, 18, for assault with a deadly weapon.
2. Armed Robbery (2130) 3200 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
The female victims, 47 and 24, were in the area when the suspect approached them with a firearm. The suspect demanded the victims’ property before fleeing. SUSPECT: Asian male adult.
3. Armed Robbery (2208) 3200 Block of West Hammer Lane, Lakeview District
The male employee victim, 35, was working at an area business when an armed suspect entered. The suspect demanded money before fleeing. SUSPECT: A white or Hispanic male adult.
4. Shooting into a Dwelling (2252) 1200 Block of Stratford Circle, Valley Oak District
The female victim, 29, and her juvenile son were in their home when it was struck by gunfire. SUSPECTS:
Two unknown race males.
