We hope to see you at the Borough's Blowout Summer-Ending Concert/Fireworks event, on Thursday August 31st in Donaldson Park.
The event starts at 5:00 p.m. and will feature face painting, kid games, music and a wide variety of food vendors. For a list of food vendors, please visit the Borough’s website.
One of the highlights of the evening will be the last performance in the Borough's 2023 Parkstock series of free outdoor summer concerts. We are pleased to welcome Hair Magic and Cold Weather Company to the stage in the gazebo in Grove One. For more information on both musical groups, please visit the Borough’s website.
The finale of the evening will be an awe-inspiring fireworks display, starting at 9:00 pm. The fireworks can be viewed in homes that overlook the park.
Due to the expected crowds for this event, the Highland Park Police Department encourages added caution in driving on the South Side of town on the late afternoon and evening of Thursday August 31st. Whenever possible, residents and visitors are encouraged to walk to Donaldson Park for the event.
