HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. Several roads are flooded and water rescues have been reported. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
