* Locations impacted include... Kenton, Ada, Richwood, Forest, Dunkirk, Alger, Belle Center, Blanchard, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Ridgeway, Patterson, Dola, Huntersville, Pfeiffer, Big Springs, Essex, Grant, and Silver Creek.
