Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen since 2 AM from western Wayne county through central Livingston county. Additional rainfall at 1 to 2 inches per hour is likely from 3 AM to 4 AM. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
