AVOID HARVEY ST BETWEEN ANN ARBOR TRL AND PENNIMAN - THE ROAD IS CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING 
The Plymouth Police Department and the Dept of Municipal Services is advising you to AVOID Harvey St between Ann Arbor Trail and Penniman due to flooding. The parking structure on Harvey St is closed due to the flooding as well. There was a significant amount of rain in a short period of tiime and the storm drains are struggling to keep up. Please do not drive into flooded streets or standing water.
