* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 AM EDT Friday the stage was 10.2 feet. - Forecast...Forecast will be for the river to rise toward 11 feet this morning. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - Impact...At 10.0 feet, Edward Hines Drive will be under 5 feet of water in low lying spots, closing travel completely.
