* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:30 AM EDT Friday the stage was 17.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this afternoon and continue falling to 7.4 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Impact...At 17.0 feet, Water dams up against the Garfield, Utica and Hayes Road bridges, causing the river level on the upstream side of the bridges to be higher than what the river gauge will read downstream. - http://www.floodsafety.noaa.gov
