McSHANE DR. Reopening and the Closure of RAILROAD AVE. 
On Sunday, August 27, 2023 INDOT Project Management will reopen McShane Dr. off of Columbus Dr.. On this day INDOT will also be closing Railroad Ave off of Columbus Dr. to replacement the asphalt, curbs, sidewalks, ADA ramps and cross walk markings. This street closure will last for approximately 3 weeks. Columbus Dr. will remain open during this construction period. All traffic will be detoured to Kennedy Ave.
