ANTHONY SCALUCCI was reported as missing from his care home in the 500 block of Beechmont Lane in Hayward this evening. Mr. Scalucci was last seen around 2:00 PM leaving his home and is a 76 year-old, 5 feet, 11 inches, 215 pounds, White male. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve gray shirt, dark blue sweat pants, brown shoes and a medical alert bracelet on his wrist. He suffers from Dementia and Parkinson’s disease and is considered at risk. If you locate Mr. Scalucci please contact the Hayward Police Department at 510-293-7000 or call 911.
