In collaboration, the City of Miles City, Custer County DES and Public Health will be distributing bottled water today, August 28th. These departments have secured a limited supply of bottled water for distribution to individuals who cannot boil their needed drinking water. A focused distribution site has been set up at the Custer County Fire Department, 200 Haynes Avenue.  This distribution site will be availalbe today, August 28th, starting at 8:00am until noon.  Again, this is set up for the purpose of distributing water to individuals who are unable to boil their drinking water.

If an individual in need of drinking water can not drive, they may ask a neighbor to pick up one case of water for each person in the household.  The individual picking up the water will simply be asked for the name and the street address of the person that they are picking up the water for.  Those who can boil their own supply of drinking water please continue to do so.
