Sandbag operations at Central Winds Park to continue through August 29, 2023 
The City of Winter Springs along with Seminole County, will continue sandbag operations at Central Winds Park, located at 1000 Central Winds Drive through Tuesday evening August 29, 2023.
Empty bags and sand will be available to all residents of Seminole County from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. or while supplies last.
Residents are limited to a total of 15 sandbags per household and should bring their own shovels, gloves and be prepared to fill and load the bags themselves.
It is recommended that you bring a partner to assist, as filled sandbags can weigh approximately 35 pounds.
