Detectives need your help identifying these theft suspects.
 
On 08/13, a petty theft occurred at Cici’s Café in Westlake Village.  The pictured suspects entered the location and split up in different directions.  They were seen on their cell phones, walking throughout the restaurant, and watching customers.  S1 then took the victim’s purse that was placed on her chair and concealed it in his backpack.  The victim reported her credit cards were later used at Target and Walmart in Thousand Oaks.
