An Excessive Heat Warning is in effect for Los Angeles County until 8 PM on Tuesday, August 29. Dangerously hot conditions with high temperatures of 98 to 109 degrees are expected.
Residents seeking relief from the heat are encouraged to visit the Crowell Public Library, 1890 Huntington Drive. Crowell Public Library hours have been extended until 9 PM on Monday and Tuesday.
