The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 3 PM to 8 PM MDT Tuesday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* WINDS...15 to 25 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 to 15 percent.
* AFFECTED AREAS: OWYHEE MOUNTAINS ... WESTERN TWIN FALLS BLM ... SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS
