The Thousand Oaks Police Department is hosting an Open House Event on Friday, September 15, 2023. The event will be held in the front parking lot and will include scheduled tours of the station from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.  Click on the link below for more information about this event and to schedule a station tour.

Please join us at this family-friendly event focused on our ongoing commitment to our community building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and helps make our neighborhoods safe.  We will have representatives and displays from several of our specialized units, including our Aviation Unit, Bomb Unit, Command Post, Disaster Assistance Response Team, Dispatchers, Explorers, K-9, Mounted Enforcement Unit, School Resource Officers, SWAT, Tactical Response Team, Thousand Oaks Search & Rescue Team, Volunteers in Policing, Traffic / Motor Officers, Unmanned Aerial Systems, and recruitment staff.
 
Thousand Oaks Police Chief Jeremy Paris said, “We are grateful for all the support we receive from the community. To show our appreciation, we invite you to our open house to see the resources we offer and to meet some of the women and men who work so hard to make our community safe.”
