* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - As Hurricane Idalia moves inland, heavy rainfall is expected in portions of central and eastern Georgia.
