* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, Greenbrier and Summers.
* WHEN...Until 1215 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. This is the same region of Western Greenbrier County and Northern Summers County which received notable rainfall on Monday. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Fisher Creek, Burdette Creek, Fitzwater Branch, Big Clear Creek, Eagle Branch, Improvement Branch, Boggs Creek, Laurel Creek, Kitchen Creek, Cold Knob Fork, Lick Creek, Elijah Branch and Beech Run. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rainelle...
