Wayne County Emergency Management: Damage Assessment Survey

This survey is in response to the Emergency/Disaster declarations for the County as a result of the storms/flooding that had occurred on August 24, 2023. The survey is to evaluate the response to the incident, direct/utilize resources and determine damages. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey.
