Water Line Construction to begin on Phillips Rd-Traffic delays to be expected between Hays Rd and Wyatts Circle 
Phillips Road - is expected to begin around August 31st (weather dependent).
Construction work will be taking place between the intersection of Hays and Phillips Road and continue about 2,250' up Phillips Road. During construction hours, the section of Phillips Road will be reduced to one lane of traffic with flaggers controlling traffic flow. Please use caution between the hours of 7AM - 5PM.
Work expected to begin on Thursday, August 31st. This work will begin at the intersection of Hays Road and Phillips Road - Please use caution when traveling in this area of Town.
