* WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties: Anson, Edgecombe, Franklin, Halifax, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, Moore, Nash, Richmond, Wake, and Wilson.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rain from Tropical Storm Idalia will may become heavy at times overnight, then gradually taper off Thursday morning, with total rainfall amounts generally between 1 and 3 inches. - http://www.floodsafety.noaa.gov
