INCIDENT: PC 29800(A)(1) - Felon in Possession of a Firearm and PC 1203.2(A)(2) - Violation of Probation
LOCATION: 1900 Block of Rio Vista Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Brandon Beach, 28-Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at approximately 10:57 a.m., San Bernardino County Probation officers contacted Brandon Beach during a probation check, near the 1900 Block of Rio Vista Street in Needles. During the investigation, K-9 Rio discovered a firearm at the residence, which is a violation of Beach's probation. Deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the scene and took Beach into custody.
Brandon Beach was consequently arrested on the above charges and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Beach remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing.
