Missing Person Kehchung Tou: At Risk Due to Age
The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Kehchung Tou, who is at risk due to age.
He was last seen on August 26, 2023, around 10:30am. in the 4000 block of Midvale Avenue. He was last seen driving a black 2022 Toyota Highlander, CA license plate 9AON160. Tou is known to frequent San Francisco and Alameda.
Tou is described as a 76-year-old, Chinese male. He stands 5’4” and weighs 145 pounds, grey and black Hair, brown eyes, and no facial hair. The family reports Tou is in good physical condition and is diagnosed with early stages of dementia.
