Today, Friday, September 1st, The Belmar 5 Kid's Race and activities will be held at Silver Lake Park at 5th and Ocean Avenues at 6:30pm.
The Belmar 5 will be held Saturday, September 2nd . The run will start at 8:00am.
At 7:00am, all of Ocean Avenue, North Boulevard, and 5th through 9th Avenues from Ocean Avenue to Main Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic until the race ends.
Please expect some delays while the runners are on the course and please cooperate with public safety officials and race volunteers.
Anyone needing to leave areas that will be closed, are to travel westbound towards Main Street. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation and have a great day.
