My Dear Neighbors and Friends,
 
I hope everyone had a wonderful summer filled with relaxation, rejuvenation and time spent with family & friends. As we approach Labor Day, summer’s unofficial end, it’s important to take a moment to reflect on the meaning of this national holiday.
 
Labor Day honors the contribution of all our nation’s workers and recognizes their achievements and their contribution to the success and prosperity of our nation. Labor Day is a national celebration of the pride and spirit of all Americans who have worked hard to improve the lives of not only their own families, but also our great community and country.
 
It’s a perfect day to honor the American spirit of hard work, the commitment that founded our country and that same devotion which protects our laws, lives, and freedoms today.
 
Waldwick is blessed to have highly skilled and dedicated employees who are always ready to help our residents. We are grateful for their hard work and dedication, and for their desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents and in our community.
 
To our residents who are returning to school, may the new school year be filled with much learning, joy of success and accomplishments. May you always embrace opportunities, unlock your potential, and aspire to excellence.
