* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 913 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has fallen due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing with waters slowly receding. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
