The Flood Warning will expire at 1130 PM PDT this evening for portions of southeast and southern California, including the following areas, in southeast California, Imperial. In southern California, Riverside and San Bernardino. Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
