1. Business Burglary (2045) 1600 Block of East Fremont Street, Park District
The suspect fled an area business with stolen merchandise. The SPD Air Support Unit was able to locate and guide officers to the suspect's location. The suspect fled on foot but was taken into custody. ARRESTED: Justin Aguiar, 42, for burglary, resisting arrest, and possessing burglary tools.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2100) 500 Block of South San Joaquin Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 31, got into an argument with the suspect. The suspect struck the victim with his vehicle before fleeing. The victim sustained minor injuries and was treated on scene by medics. SUSPECI: A HIspanIc male juvenile.
3. Shooting into a Dwelling (0235) 3500 Block of North Hunter Street, Civic District
The female victim, 56, and several other family members were inside the residence when it was struck by gunfire. SUSPECT: A Hispanic male adult.
4. Weapon Arrest (0326) Hammer Lane and North I Dorado Street, Bear Creek District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the listed area. The passenger attempted to flee on foot and was taken to the ground. He was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: Kyle Hakeim 20, for weapons charges.
