INCIDENT: PC 368(D)(1) - Elder Abuse and PC 211 - Robbery
LOCATION: 500 block of Front Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Amanda Maxwell, 43-Years-Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Monday, September 4, 2023, at approximately 7:29 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a call for service reference a welfare check. During the investigation, Amanda Maxwell was found to be in violation of PC 368(D)(1) - Elder Abuse and PC 211 - Robbery.
Maxwell was consequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Maxwell remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $50,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
