1. Battery on an Officer (1440) 400 Block of West Weber Avenue, Civic District

The male victim, 73, was working in the area and reported the suspect was trespassing. The officer was taking the suspect into custody when she resisted. The suspect was taken to the ground and continued to fight. The victim assisted the officer with taking the suspect into custody and was bit. During the struggle, the
suspect also bit the officer twice. The victim declined medical treatment. The officer was treated at the scene.
ARRESTED: Tana Morehead, 29, for trespassing, elder abuse, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer.

2. Battery on an Officer (1649) 7100 Block of Shoreham Place, Lakeview District

The 17-year-old male victim reported the suspect punched him. The officers observed a visible injury on the victim, and when the suspect returned to the scene, he resisted arrest and punched an officer. A taser was deployed to take the suspect into custody, and a restraint device was deployed as the suspect struggled.
ARRESTED: Deandre Davidson, 39, for child abuse, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer.

3. Assault Deadly Weapon (2125) 1500 Block of East Main Street, Park District

The male victim, 49, was arguing with the suspect when the suspect struck the victim in the head with a hard object. The victim fell to the ground, and the suspect kicked him. The victim was transported to an area hospital for a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: Black male adult.

4. Person Shot (0015) 7600 Block of Oakmont Drive, Lakeview District

The female victim, 47, was at home when the suspects came to her residence and shot her. The victim was treated at an area hospital for a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECTS: Two unknown race males.

5. Resisting Arrest (0055) West Magnolia Street and North Van Buren Street, Civic District

Officers responded to the area on the report of a disturbance. When they arrived, the suspect took a fighting stance and refused commands. A taser was deployed, and the suspect was taken into custody. ARRESTED: Michael Didion, 42, for resisting arrest and a warrant.

6. Shooting into a Dwelling (0128) 200 Block of East Wyandotte, Civic District

Three adult victims were inside their home when it was struck by gunfire. There is no suspect information.
