Indianapolis Blvd/Chicago Ave. will be closed for construction
The intersection of Indianapolis Blvd. and Chicago Ave.
Starting Monday 9/11/23, a project to replace aging sewer and water lines in the intersection of Indianapolis Blvd and Chicago Ave will begin. This project will consist of new sewers, water lines, and concrete walks, curb, & asphalt restoration. This portion of the project should be complete by the end of October 2023.
A complete closure of the intersection will be needed to complete this work. The construction crews will work approximately 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We will notify you prior to working on something in the street that could affect you, such as water service hookups.
