Haledon – On behalf of Mayor Michael Johnson, Sr., the Haledon Municipal Council, the Haledon Department of Public Works, and Chief of Police Angelo J. Daniele, we would like to inform you of an important traffic pattern change in the Borough of Haledon, effective immediately.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance traffic safety and improve traffic flow in our community, we will be implementing a one-way street designation on the following road segments:
- West Clinton Street: From East Barbour Street to Burhans Avenue

To ensure compliance, the Haledon Police Department will begin strict enforcement, including the issuing of traffic summonses, starting Monday, September 18, 2023. It is crucial for everyone to familiarize themselves with the updated traffic regulations and exercise caution while driving through these affected areas.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work towards improving the overall traffic conditions and safety within our community. For any questions or concerns, please reach out to the Haledon Department of Public Works or contact the Haledon Police Department.
