INCIDENT: PC 459, Burglary
LOCATION: 3200 Block of Oakleaf Court, Chino Hills
SUSPECT(S): Brandon Kelly, 35-year-old Resident of Montclair
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Friday, August 4, 2023, a residence in the 3200 block of Oakleaf Court in Chino Hills was burglarized and a refrigerator was stolen. The stolen refrigerator was later listed for sale on an online website. Through investigation, Brandon Kelly was identified as one of the suspects involved in the crime.
On Thursday, September 7, 2023, detectives obtained a warrant for Kelly's arrest. Kelly was arrested in Claremont and was booked in at the West Valley Detention Center for PC 459, Burglary.
