1. Robbery Arrest (1957) 100 Block of North Hunter Street, Civic District
The male victim, 39, reported a suspect stole property from his business, and an employee was assaulted during the robbery. Officers located a suspect matching the description, and the suspect fled. A police canine was deployed to take the suspect into custod.
The suspect picked a rock, and officers deployed a Taser to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Jesse Wilkins, 27, for robbery and resisting arrest.
2. Resisting Arrest (2159) 6400 Block of West Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to the area on a reported of a subject in crisis who was armed with a screwdriver. The subject pulled away as officers attempted to detain him. The subject was taken to the ground and handcuffed. The subject continued to resist, and a restraint device was deployed. The subject was taken into custody and handed over to another facility.
