* At 336 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Florham Park, or near Morristown, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.
* Locations impacted include... Morristown, Madison, Florham Park, East Hanover, Lincoln Park, Kinnelon, Chatham, Boonton, Butler, Morris Plains, Mountain Lakes, Riverdale, Parsippany, Pequannock Township and Hanover Township. This includes the following highways... Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 42 and 48. Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 34 and 54.
