* WHERE...Portions of Virginia, including the following areas, Alleghany VA, Amherst, Bath, Bedford, Botetourt, Craig and Rockbridge. Portions of southeast West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Greenbrier, Monroe, Summers and Western Greenbrier.

* WHEN...From Noon EDT today through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall rates of 2 to 4 inches per hour are possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
