* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central New Jersey...including the following county...Monmouth.
* WHEN...Until 245 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways with overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1136 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding across portions of the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen, with additional amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch expected in the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Long Branch, Asbury Park, Tinton Falls, Red Bank, Manasquan, Highlands, Elberon, Navesink, Allenwood, Eatontown, West Long Branch, and Rumson. - This includes the following highways...
