* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central New Jersey...including the following county...Monmouth.
* WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1046 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Additional rainfall of 1.0 to 1.5 inches is possible at some locations. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Long Branch, Sandy Hook, Middletown, Howell, Marlboro, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, Keansburg, Matawan, Highlands, and Farmingdale. - This includes the following highways...
