Activity for September 8 – 10, 2023:
September 8, 2023:
- Officers were dispatched to 94 calls for service, conducted 11 traffic stops, and made 2 arrests.
- Officer Marcum made contact with a 39-year-old male in the 500 block of Steward and arrested him on a conditional bond violation.
- Officer Allison took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1200 block of Greenwood.
- Officer Allison took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 500 block of Union.
- Officer Elston recovered a stolen vehicle in the 300 block of Morrell. The vehicle had been reported stolen on September 6, 2023.
- Officer Panther was sent to a vacant condemned residence in the 400 block of Madison.
- Officers Allison, Debczak, Elston, Marcum, and Panther visited St. Mary’s, Northeast Elementary, Montessori, Cascades, and Jackson County ISD schools.
- Officer Mulder was sent to the PS Food Mart at Cooper and Porter for a domestic assault investigation. She arrested a 47-year-old female for the assault.
- Officer Reynaga investigated a felonious assault in the 100 block of Franklin St.
- Officers were dispatched to 78 calls for service, conducted 6 traffic stops, and made 2 arrests.
- Officer Panther was called to Home Depot for a shoplifting incident. Two males, aged 31 and 33, were arrested for theft.
- While investigating a domestic situation, Officer Allison arrested a 23-year-old male on an outstanding warrant.
- Reserve Officers assisted with the Veteran Suicide Prevention Ruck march and the Home of New Vision Recovery Out Loud walk.
- A vehicle stolen out of Jackson was recovered in Ingham County.
- Officer Reynaga arrested an 18-year-old female on outstanding warrants.
- Officer Thoresen investigated a weapons incident in the area of Third/Union.
- Officers Brookers and Mulder conducted foot patrol at Reed Manor.
- Officers were dispatched to 69 calls for service, conducted 2 traffic stops, and made 2 arrests.
- Officer Reynaga took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 700 block of Elmwood.
- Officer Mulder was sent to the Interfaith Shelter regarding a possible indecent exposure. While there, she arrested a 30-year-old male on an outstanding warrant.
- Officer Panther arrested a 38-year-old female in the 300 block of Steward for possession of methamphetamine and violating her conditional bond.
- Officer Morse was sent to the 500 block of Blackstone for a deceased 68-year-old male.
- Officer Brooker took a report of a 16-year-old female runaway from the 300 block of Elm Ave.
- Officers were sent to the 500 block of Ganson for a suicidal subject. The 30-year-old male was taken to the hospital for mental health treatment.
- Officer Reynaga was dispatched to the 800 block of Burr for a traffic crash.
