* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast New Jersey, including the following county, Union.
* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 146 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain from a nearly stationary shower capable of causing minor urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Robinsons Branch, Elizabeth River and West Branch Elizabeth River. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that could experience flooding include... Union, Westfield, Cranford, Roselle, Roselle Park, Kenilworth and Garwood. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
