* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following county, eastern Bergen. Portions of southeast New York, including the following counties, northern Bronx and southern Westchester.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 506 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch are expected. - Some locations that could experience flooding include...
