Flood Advisory until 07:45PM 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, southeastern Bergen and eastern Hudson.
* WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 547 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that could experience flooding include... Hoboken, Secaucus, Ridgefield, Union City, Fort Lee, North Bergen, West New York, Cliffside Park, Palisades Park, Fairview, Ridgefield Park, Weehawken, Edgewater, Guttenberg, Little Ferry, Leonia and Bogota. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
