Police activity on the campus of Royal High School: CONCLUDED

Officers have concluded their security sweeps of the Royal High campus. The lockdown has been lifted. No safety issues were discovered during the search.

The Simi Valley Police Department is currently (as of 09/13/23 at 1120 hours) conducting campus security and safety checks on at Royal High School. The students are locked down in the classroom for the duration of the safety sweeps. At the time of this Nixle, there is no need for parents to respond to Royal High School. The Sim Valley Police Department will update everyone via Nixle once the campus checks are concluded.
