The Town of East Greenbush has multiple construction projects taking place throughout Town and wanted to send a quick remind to please use caution when driving through Work Zones - for your safety and for the workers safety. 

Each work zone has crews flagging and controlling traffic for the safety of drivers and the crews working. Please use caution when approaching a work zone and follow the signs and directions given by the flaggers.

Active Construction Zones include:

Phillips Road - from Hays Road to the area just before Wyatts Circle.  If traveling from 9&20, you will approach the construction zone just after Wyatts Circle near the hill. Flaggers are present and controlling traffic during construction hours as Phillips Road is reduced to one lane.

Ridge Road - Crews have begun work near the Columbia Turnpike (9&20) entrance to the road.  Flaggers are present and controlling traffic during construction hours as Ridge Road is reduced to one lane. 

3rd Ave Ext. - Construction started for the widening of 3rd Ave Ext in the area of Tempel Lane Ext. 

If and when possible, drivers should consider using alternative routes to reach their destination. Please expect delays in these areas between the hours of 7AM - 7PM.
