Campbell County Schools will be kicking off its homecoming weekend tonight with its annual parade. Roads will begin closing at 5:30 PM with the parade beginning at 6:00 PM. All roadways along E Main and Washington Streets between Alexandria Fairgrounds and Campbell County Middle School will be closed.

Shuttle services will run from CCMS to the fairgrounds from 4:45 PM until roads close. We encourage you to please use the shuttles and not drop your children directly at the fairgrounds. If you are dropping students off please allow plenty of time to clear out of the area as traffic is usually very heavy.

If you are not attending the parade, avoid the area and use an alternate route. Thank you to CCS for their continued partnership. Everyone have a safe and enjoyable homecoming weekend. Go Camels!
